Terms & Conditions
These are the terms and conditions for using the pre-release version of RTG, confirming that users accept it may have bugs or issues.
Please request access and if approved we will forward the official terms and conditions form for you to acknowledge before registering and creating an account.
1. Purpose of the Beta Test
Tester understands that they are voluntarily participating in the beta testing of the RTG/Raise the Game ("App"), which is in pre-release form. The purpose of the beta test is to evaluate performance, usability, and identify bugs before a full public release.
2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)
Tester agrees to keep all information about the App confidential, including but not limited to:
Features, functionality, and design
Performance issues, bugs, and feedback discussions.
Any future updates or plans.
Tester may not share, screenshot, record, or publicly discuss the App without written permission from the Company.
3. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability
Tester acknowledges that:
The App is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or interruptions.
The Company is not responsible for any data loss, device malfunctions, or other damages arising from the use of the App.
The Company makes no warranties regarding the App’s functionality, availability, or reliability.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
4. Tester Responsibilities
Tester will provide honest feedback about the App, including reporting any bugs or issues.
Tester agrees not to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any part of the App.
Tester agrees not to resell, distribute, or share access to the App with others.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
The App and all related content remain the sole property of the Company. Tester does not acquire any rights to the App, its features, or any intellectual property.
6. Termination of Access
The Company reserves the right to:
Revoke Tester’s access to the App at any time.
End the beta test or change the terms of this Agreement without notice.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of North Carolina Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
8. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By signing this agreement or clicking "I Agree" in a digital form, Tester confirms they:
Have read, understood, and agreed to this Beta Test Agreement.
Understand they are testing an unfinished product at their own risk.
